Intellectual Property
The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Software Planet Group Ltd and its licensors. You retain ownership of all pre-existing materials you provide to us. Any new creative work, strategies, or content developed by us during the engagement will be owned by you upon full and final payment for the relevant services.
